In April 2022, Payscale hosted a Connect Event with mid-size companies that have 100-749 employees to discuss the trends and challenges they are facing when it comes to pay equity. Participants shared their perspectives, gained insights from others about the compensation challenges affecting their priorities, and were able to discuss how they are adjusting comp strategies to address retention as well as responses to inflation.
